I have 5 different looks using the fabulous Shower of Gifts background stamp. This is fabulous stamp for any celebration or any gift giving event.

Today was a fun day just creating backgrounds with this stamp. I started by embossing 3 backgrounds. I did one using the new Blue Quartz embossing Powder from Maker Forte. I also did one in clear embossing powder and one in gold embossing powder.

The gold card was finished off with a sentiment from the Boxed Sentiment stamp set. I finished off the blue quart card with a metallic gray card mat and a strip of the same cardstock across the front. I fussy cut two of the gifts and added some blue and pink to them with Copics just to have a touch of color on the card. The sentiment was a left-over from my stash.

You can see that I also stamped on card front in eclipse black ink and then colored the packages in with Copic markers. I used RV17, 14, and 21.

I also stamped one background in Vegas Strip blue ink. Isn’t this color fabulous? I added a darker blue strip and card base to this. The sentiment is from the Simple Sayings Simple Celebrations. I actually pulled out a circle punch to punch this out for the card!

I blended Bubblegum, Flamingo, and Tiptree Jam ink to get an Ombre effect on the final card. I used the Simple Celebrations again with my circle punch for the sentiment. The pink cards both got black card bases. That combination of pink, black and white is such a pretty combination with spring approaching!

In one afternoon, I have 5 cards for my birthday or celebration stash all ready to go!
