Good morning, Sharon here with some inspiration using the Bubbling With Excitement Stamp collection. I have a slight addiction to gnomes to couldn’t resist the little guys in this set.

I started the card by stamping one of the gnomes twice onto a piece of 4×5.25in white stamping card using Eclipse Black Ink. They have plenty of champers so are a little unsteady.

I needed masks to cover the images so I stamped again onto masking paper and fussy cut these. This method protects your images from anything that you stamp over them. It also keeps them in the foreground making it easy to layer images.

I love the large bubble stamp that comes with this set. This was stamped in Icy Mist Ink so it didn’t over take the whole design and the blue shade made it look more bubbly.

You can see in this photo that had I not masked the gnomes they would be covered in bubbles. Instead when I removed the masks the gnomes were still clean.

Next I had fun coloring these 2 little guys with alcohol markers. I didn’t intend on coloring them identical but decided that was cute! A little white gel pen was added in places to make them shine!

The card needed a sentiment but I didn’t want it to take over the card so, using Vegas Strip Ink, I stamped “Bubbling with excitement” between the gnomes. This is included in the stamp set.

More shine was needed to make the bubbles pop. I ‘colored’ the bubbles with a glue pen and added Shooting Star Sugar Sparkles.

Once the glue had dried I made up the card. I used an A2 Side Folding Card Base and turned it landscape. I matted this with a piece of Welsh Dragon Cardstock and then added my image.

Thank you for joining me and reading my post I hope you have gained some inspiration for your next project!
