Hello, makers! Joy here with you today sharing how to ink blend the Christmas Naturally stencil three different ways. Today’s project is intended to show how inks blend or saturate depending on the color of cardstock you choose. I will also show how pigment inks appear on kraft cardstock giving you many options for your holiday crafting.

Not only do we get three completely different looks using this one stencil, we also get incredibly quick cards for Christmas, which is important to me as we gear up for the holiday season,. The first thing I did was stamp the sentiment from Christ In Christmas with Eclipse Black Color Hive Ink on all three panels. Next I embossed all three with fine detail embossing powder to add a little shine. On both the Cappuccino and white cardstock panels, I blended color hive inks in the colors of Independence, Everglades, and Flat White through the Christmas Naturally stencil.

For the third card, I used Snow Flurries Color Hive Ink because it is a pigment ink and will show up vibrantly on kraft or dark cardstocks. I blended this through the entire stencil to create a monochromatic design, and paired it with a Cappuccino card base.

I love how different each of these cards look, but very similar. This would be a great gift set to give to someone. Or as I suggested before, an easy set of cards to mass produce to send out to everyone on your list.
