Tasha here sharing two easy Valentine’s Day cards created with the Farmhouse Font Alphabet Stamps and Heart Matrix Stencil Set.
For the stamping, I used my Misti to line up the letters. The Hugs sentiment was stamped with Eclipse Black Ink and the Be Mine greeting was stamped with Tiptree Jam Color Hive Ink.
To add to the Valentine’s Day theme, I used the hearts from the Heart Matrix Stencil Set. This stencil set includes two layers that can be used alone or together to give different looks. I used Distress Oxide ink for the stenciled hearts on both cards and to ink blend the edges.
I used a white gel pen to add little dots to the letters, but it also looks great with the solid color! The Eclipse Black ink is so dark and has quickly become one of my favorite inks!
Lastly, I added several Crown Jewels in the shade Rose for extra sparkle to complete the cards. I love these cards and look forward to making a few more to send out for Valentine’s Day!
