I make no secret that I am a huge fan of gnomes for all seasons! Of course the new Fall Gnomes and the Rustic Pumpkin Patch stamp sets went immediately into my cart! I also added the new Muscle Car ink pad and reinker to my order!
Yes! I had so much fun coloring in these sweet images with my Copics. I also pulled out my favorite fall ink combo with my Color Hive inks: English Mustard yellow, Red Leicester orange, Cotswold green, and Grand Canyon brown.
I ink blended my background and gave it a spritz of water to add some texture using my Mister Perfect, PhD mister botte.
I kept my card layout fairly simple with just a layer of chocolate brown cardstock on top of some kraft cardstock from my stash.
You can also see that I finished off my card with some Outrageous Crown Jewel Gems. Every card needs some bling!
If you aren’t an expert colorist, don’t worry! You can see that I just shoot for having some variation in coloring so that I have darker spots and lighter spots. Coloring should not be stressful.
Plus, one of my markers dropped a big old blob of color on one of my pumpkins. I blended over the top of it and it just looks shaded in that spot. I wonder if you can tell where this happened on my image!
