Hello again friends. Jackie here today with this dreamy card I made using the new Floating on Dreams stamp set.

All these butterflies are so pretty, I wasn’t sure which one I would be coloring. I stamped three using Eclipse Black ink and then ran it through my Scan n Cut machine. I chose this one and will put the rest away for another project.
The flowers are small so it was best to keep the coloring easy. I picked 3 Copic markers of each color family. Coloring from light to dark, then back to light. This is my preferred way to color but you do what you’re comfortable with.
I really wanted the focal point to be this gorgeous floral butterfly so I added a simple, yet stunning background. To achieve it, I softly ink blended Neon Light ink on the front of my A2 card base. I then placed the new Hexagon Burst Stencil over the area and applied more ink. This time with a little heavier hand.
I chose the Dream sentiment for this card. I went back to my Misti and lined up the stamp with the colored butterfly. I inked it up with Clear Embossing Glue and sprinkled Eclipse Black Embossing Powder. Heat set it with a heat tool until it shined.
I finished off the card by adding dimensional foam tape the the butterfly and added a few clear embellishment.
Thank for stopping by.
Until next time – Jackie ❤
