Hello! It’s Kari here today with some Flocked Halloween Cards. Have you ever used flock transfer sheets on your cards? Today I’ve got some cards with flock and I love the velvety effect!
If you want to see the HOW TO video, join us over at the Hedgehog Hollow YouTube channel for FLOCK FRIDAY tomorrow, October 21, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. Eastern time.

See the black polka dots, the black hats & bats, and the black background with “grey” polka dots? Those are all FLOCK! And that HI sentiment is FLOCK, too!

That sweet witch and her cat are from the new Fancy Dress Party stamp set. I colored them up with Copic markers and attached them with foam tape to the velvety polka dot background.
The Hi sentiment is white flock attached to Decofoil Adhesive foam sheets. Then I colored it using some Color Hive inks!

That flock adds a touchable element to the card…it’s a whole new level of interactive!

For this ghost card, I also used the Fancy Dress Party stamp set. There are 3 different ghosts in that set and LOTS of faces you can choose. Today I used the face with the long eyelashes! I colored that ghost with some grey markers and her bow with some lime green.
I inked the sentiment with the NEW Color Hive ink called Fresh Prince and it’s a perfect Halloween Green! (It could also be a Spring Green, or a Christmas Green if you like Lime green for Christmas…which I do, how about you?)

The Hats & Bats stencil works so well with the flock…It works great as a background for this card! I flocked the background, then added some Color Hive ink in Sugar Plum around the outside. This started off as a lavender cardstock panel, so I only needed to add ink around the edges to get this look.

My last card uses the negative piece from the first polka dot card flock sheet! I love it as a background:

These images (and sentiment) are from the Happy Haunting stamp set. Aren’t they cool? This card is even better in real life…I just want to keep touching that velvet background.

I’ve put together a list of these supplies for you, using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase using these links I may receive a small commission (at no extra cost to you). This helps me to keep bringing you fun projects like these! Thank you so much!

Don’t forget to join us tomorrow night for the video on Flock Transfer Sheets at 7:30 p.m. Eastern. I will have LOTS more cards to share with you using Flock. If you can’t make the live premiere, you can watch the replay at any time!
Thanks for stopping by! I’ll see you soon with more cards <3
