Hi Sharon here with a post using the Grovehill Farm Stamp Collection. I love the animals in the set and have used the 3 that wear a flower crowns: The pig the Llama and the cute Koala.

I started by stamping the images using Remarkable Eclipse Ink, I originally planned the card as a landscape card but quickly discovered the images would not work this way. Rotating the cardstock to portrait made them all fit the card.

All three critters look cute colored with Copic Markers. I colored their floral crowns in the same colors for all 3. This makes the design cohesive and also gave me colors for coordinating the other card details.
My next step was to choose a sentiment. I had already decided on one when I was planning a landscape card but this wasn’t going to work. However the Spring Has Sprung Simple Sayings have a great collection. Die cutting all the straight sentiments with the Simply Stated Dies gave me more options and ‘Bloom Where You Are Planted’ fit well.

The sentiments are all printed with toner ink which is great for foiling. Following the color scheme on my card I chose some orange sparkly foil and placed my sentiment on this placed them in Easy Foil Pre-cut Parchment Folder and ran them through my laminator.

I trimmed my stamped card down to 4×5.25in. Stormy Speciality Cardstock looked great for my mat, I cut it 1/8in larger than my stamped card and glued in place on a Top Folding A2 Card Base.

My image card was added next centered over the Stormy Cardstock.

Foam tape held my foiled sentiment in place just below the pig image.

To tie in the shine for the foil I added Maker’s Magic Crystal Clear to the eyes and noses of the animals. I also added Lemon Crown Jewels to the centers of the yellow flowers.

I have made a short You Tube video showing how the design came together, you can watch it here:
Thank you for taking time to read my post and I hope I gave you some inspiration.
