Hello again crafty friends. Jackie from Created by Jackie here with you all today. Did you catch the huge sale on Marshmallow Paste a few days ago? Hopefully you were able to get in on it.
I pulled out the Have Your Cake Stencil for todays card. I pulled out a combination of a few ink colors, but in the end I only used Blueberry Cheesecake, Neon Lights, and Bubble Tea for the cake bases. Since I chose to to a slimline, all I needed to do is move the stencil over a little, to blend out more cakes.

I though it would be fun to mix Coral Keys and California Love ink to make the candles look like flames. It was easy to do. I picked up a little bit of ink on the bottom portion of the brush and ran it over the stencil, then picked up more ink on the top of the brush and blended out the flames.

Half way through this card, I changed my mind. Instead of having a darker color for the frosting, I decided to go with Marshallow Paste. I applied a thin layer with a spatula. This paste is so very unique. It puffs up when you heat it. The more heat the more fluff.

Doesn’t it almost look like cake frosting?!?
I stamped the birthday sentiment from Boxed Stentiment with Eclipse Black and fussy cut it out. I then stamped happy with Clear Embossing Glue and embossed it with white embossing powder.

Thank you for stopping by.
Until next time – Jackie ❤
