In Springtime we love to see flowers, as well as butterflies, fluttering around to say hi. How beautiful is that?

Today’s project is all about butterflies and flowers. I used the Maker Forte Flower Market together with Maker Forte Build A Butterfly by Varada Sharma. Love the combination of these two stamps. It works really well as well as the sentiment.

fluttering on by to say hi

For this project, I started working on the background using the Maker Forte Flower Market Stamp. Using Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, I stamped it with Antique Linen Distress Oxide. I stamped it several times to achieve my desired colors. As you can see in the photo below the butterfly is fluttering to say hi to the beautiful flowers. Once done with the background, I then arranged the butterfly and the sentiment and directly stamped it with Color Hive Eclipse Black Ink. I stamped it 3 times to make sure the butterflies and the sentiment pops.

Next, I attached the card panel to an A2 Top Fold Card base using strong glue. To finish it off, I added some Silver and Gold Rhinestones to complete the card.

What do you think of the card I made today? With a few materials, you can create such amazing cards with amazing products. They can be simple but elegant-looking cards. I hope you like it and love how this turned out. I would definitely try to make some more of these cards in the future.

Let me know what you think and I will see you again next time for another project.

To get the materials I used to make this card, head over to the MAKER FORTE website.

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you like what I made today.

Stay creative friends,
