Hello! It’s Kari today with a card from one of my favorites from the last release! I love a touch of foil, so for this card I started off with a British Racing Green panel and added some tone-on-tone foil.

To do this, I used some DecoFoil Gel over THIS stencil (LOVE this stencil!). I smoothed the gel out with some Nuvo spatulas and a Stencil Pal. Then I let the gel dry for 2-3 hours.

Once it was dry, I took some green DecoFoil and cut it the same size as the panel. I placed the foil, the panel and an extra piece of cardstock inside a pre-cut parchment sheet and ran it through my foiling machine.

When I peeled off the foil…I got a beautiful tone-on-tone result! LOVE!

For the center panel, I cut a smaller square with a die cut I had in my stash. Then I stamped on these gorgeous jar and lantern images from THIS stamp set. I added some quick coloring with Copic markers, and kept the coloring light and soft.

I used a sentiment from a simple sayings set that says “Happy Holidays” and I cut a banner to the same width as the square.

I popped up the square image panel and the sentiment with foam tape for some dimension.

I’ve gathered together a list of the supplies, if you want to take a look! I’ve used affiliate links when possible, so if you purchase using these links I may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. A giant thank you if you use my links!!

Thanks for stopping by! I’ll be back soon with more card inspiration,

Kari
