Howdy! It’s Jill from Jill Cameron Creations. Today I’m sharing a simple and super cute Easter card using the Happy Easter Wishes stamp set. This stamp set has the adorable outline of bunny ears and the Easter Wishes sentiment. It’s bold so it can stand on its own for a card.
Watch this quick video to see how I created this card. All of the products used are linked at the bottom of this post.
Happy Easter Wishes
In addition to the Happy Easter Wishes stamp set, I’m also using the Bubbles and Waves stencil.
First, I taped white cardstock to the back of the stencil. Just use some small pieces of washi tape. I wanted to use warm pastel colors for this card. I’m using some inks from Stampin’ Up! and the blending brushes. I was careful of the order I ink blended the colors so that I didn’t get mud or green.
Next, I stamped the bold image centered in the middle towards the bottom of the panel. I used black pigment ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. If you really want this to stand out, stamp and emboss more than once. You’ll get this bubble effect that is so pretty.

Then, I trimmed down the panel by taking a quarter of an inch off of each side of the panel. The card front is matted with black cardstock and coordinating soft yellow cardstock.

Each layer is glued down flat to a top folding white note card. I finished the card off with a few dew drop stones. Those little rounded stones that look like drops of water.

I hope you enjoyed this fun and simple card using the Happy Easter Wishes stamp set. Click the link below to get it.
