Hello Krafty Friends, Jen from Katahdin Krafts, back on the blog with this super fun foiled “Hello Friendship Card.” The first thing I did to create my card was foil a piece of paper from the “A Walk on the Wild Side” paper pack, these papers are all made with toner ink, allowing them to be directly foiled on. How cool is that?!?
I used Rose Deco Foil onto the zebra print, and then cut around the stripes so I could lay them diagonally across my card panel (5.25″ x 4″). Next, I used my misty stamp tool to stamp “Hello” directly onto my card with Remarkable Eclipse Black Ink.
Then I stamped out the girl from the “To a Friend” stamp set, and colored her with my Copic Markers. I used a clear Wink of Stella pen to add some glitter to her sunglasses and lips. I cut my card base to 5.5″ x 4.25″ and used a yellow Copic Marker to go around the edges, coordinating it with the hat on my card. I finished off my card with three iridescent gems from my stash. What a fun way to send some summer vibes to your friends!
