Hello there, it’s Jackie again. How far along are you on your Christmas cards? I feel like I am so behind. So many cards, so little time! I try to find card designs that are easy to mass produce. Ones that don’t take too terrible long to color or put together.

I think this design may be what I go with for my cards.

Started by stamping one of the holly branches from the Holly Berries stamp set in Eclipse Black ink on to white cardstock. Using my Misti and Perfect First Impression Smoosher tool to ensure I get a good solid impression.

Unlike most of my cards, I literally only used a handful of Copic Marker. I didn’t want to overdue it. The stamp itself has so much detail. I didn’t need to do more.

Once I had finished coloring, I think the hardest part was deciding which frame I wanted to use. I have quite a few sheets of this plaid patterned paper, and wanted to use it. But do I go with black or red frame? Decisions, Decisions….

So in the end the black cardstock frame won. So very happy how it turned out. And I really like the simple sentiment. It doesn’t take away from the gorgeous holly.

Thank you again for stopping by

Until next time – Jackieā¤
