Hello November 1st! I feel like I’ve been making holiday cards for months so I thought I would change gears and create a fun card using the SNEAKER BUILDER stamp set. This is such a great stamp set for year-round cardmaking! Any design can be added to the sneaker AND it’s perfect for any age or gender!
Cut a piece of white cardstock to 4 ¼ x 5 ½.
Using Color Hive Eclipse Black ink stamp the blank shoe. Then stamp the bottom of the shoe. Stamp these in varying directions and areas on the card panel.
Next, choose the stamp designs for the shoes. Ink these up in Color Hive Rah Rah Skirt, Hyde Park, Limewired and Purple Rain.
Use the small accessory stamps to fill in the white space between the shoes.
Stamp the sentiment along the bottom of the card panel.
Trim 1/8” off all sides of the card panel. Adhere this to a 4 ¼ x 5 ½ piece of black cardstock.
Using Versafine Black Ink, stamp the blank shoe form twice onto a piece of white cardstock.
Ink up the bottom of the shoe to match the blank shoe that was previously stamped. Use Color Hive Clear ink. Cover the stamped image with gold embossing powder. Use a heat tool to set.
Ink up the star shoe design using red ink and stamp into the blank shoe.
Fussy cut both shoes. Adhere them together onto a piece of blue cardstock. Fussy cut the blue cardstock leaving a thin border around the images.
Use dies from your stash to create a background and then adhere the shoes on top of it.
Stamp the sentiment onto black cardstock using Color Hive Clear ink. Use blue embossing powder to cover the sentiment. Use heat tool to melt the embossing powder.
Adhere the black sentiment strip to a blue piece of cardstock, leaving a thin border. Adhere to card.
I hope you create something today! Thanks so much for stopping by!
