Hello again my crafty friends. Jackie here with a masculine card every guy will love. I mean come on…who doesn’t love a good sports car?!? For me, making a masculine card is extremely difficult. I prefer to color flowers or cute little critters, and that doesn’t always work for the guys in you life, but this new car set is so much fun and made it easy for this card to come together.

Started out by choosing one of the cars from the new On Track stamp set. Love the way this one is drawn. I randomly stamped the car with Clear Color Hive ink on a panel of Welsh Dragon cardstock. The clear ink gives a watermark impression without having to add any color.

Next, I die cut a circle form white cardstock. I placed it on my Misti and stamped the car in Eclipse Black ink. I would normally just color and cut the image out, but I wanted to make sure I had the wooshes, and I didn’t think they’d look good cut out. I stamped the car a second time on a piece of scrap paper. This one I’m planning on coloring. I them went back and stamped the sentiment, again in Eclipse Black ink.
I didn’t take note of exactly which Copic colors I used to color the car. I was really winging it, grabbing more and more colors to get a good blend.

This card was simple to get together. I cut a rectangle from Handwritten pattern paper and glue it down on the Welsh Dragon panel. I then cut a flag from white and black cardstock. Coloring the white piece with one of the Copics that I used to color the car. Glued those together and placed them over the pattern paper.
I really prefer to have some sort of dimension to my cards, so I added foam tape to the back of the colored car and placed it directly over the stamped image on the die cut circle.

Thank you for stopping by.
Until next time – Jackie ❤
