Mini Color Block Valentines

Hello! It’s Kari here with some Mini Color Block Valentines. Have you seen the Watercolor Hearts stamp set? It’s a fantastic set: there’s the option to stamp the outline box in one color and the heart inside in a different color. It’s a great color block look!

I used this stamp set for the sentiments…these are a beautiful font and I absolutely LOVE these sets together.

PINK CARD

To start, I cut some heavy weight cardstock to 6″ x 3″. This allowed me to stamp the stamp, then score the panel at 3″ and fold it in half for a mini card! I used a light pink for the outline box, and a darker pink for the inside heart on this pink card. Then I stamped the “with love” sentiment in black ink. Such a sweet little card!

BLUE CARD

For this one, I offset the heart in the middle to give it a fun, whimsy look! I chose a lighter blue for the outline box, and a darker blue for the inside heart. These are some of my favorite colors and I think this one is going to my husband this year!

YELLOW/ PINK CARD

Instead of a monochromatic color scheme, try a different look with coordinating colors. It makes for another sweet little card. Here I chose a couple favorites of Buttercup and Grapefruit.
