Hello there, friends! Marj here from MarjBanzalesDesigns today I’ll be sharing a set of quick and super easy cards. I called it the One Step At A Time Card Set. All you need is one background stamp and voila, you can have a set of cards. For today’s project, I have used the One Step At A Time Rubber Stamp, Build a Butterfly Stamp, and A Sentiment for Every Occasion Stamp Set.
To make the background, I used the One Step At A Time Rubber Stamp. To avoid contamination, I used a blending brush and used Distress Oxides – Seedless Preserves, Worn Lipstick, and Fossilized Amber. After I stamp it to the cardstock a few times. Next, I added some spritz of water to the stamp to have a different background. With the help of my stamping platform, I was able to stamp it a couple of times and made sure to the same position. Next, I prepare the paper with some powder for some embossing.

Then I inked up the image from the Build a Butterfly with Versamark ink and stamped it directly to the background several times. Next, added Purple Sapphire Embossing Powder and then heat set it. To have more pop on the image I applied Versamark ink a couple more times and added the Purple Sapphire Embossing Powder again.

Then I cut it down to 3.75 x 5 inches and adhered to a 4 x 5.25 inches piece of Scottish Thistle Cardstock and then added it to an A2 Top Fold Scored Card Base. Using one of the sentiments from A Sentiment for Every Occasion, I stamped it onto Sweet Tooth Cardstock with Color Hive Eclipse Black. Lastly, added some double adhesive to the back and then adhered to the top left of the card. I repeated the same process for the other cards and just change the sentiments.

How easy is it, right? This process can be done using any of the stamp sets you have in your stash. Are you ready to make your One Step At a Time card Set?
