Hello friends! It’s Amanda Fitterer here sharing a super easy Pocketfold card! These little pocketfolds are MUCH easier to make than you think! The best way to explain how to create this pocket card is by showing you in a video! So that’s just what I’ve done:
If you don’t have time to watch the video right now, I’ll also give you a few pointers here!
The first step is to grab some double-sided patterned paper. I’m using A Walk on the Wild Side. If you don’t use double sided paper, it will look a bit odd once it’s folded.

The next step is to score at the 1.5″ and 4.5″.

Then, turn 90 degrees and score at the 3″ mark.

Now is the tricky part… It’s much easier to understand if you see it happening on the video. You fold at the 3″ mark only. Then, press down on the sides to create a triangle. Then fold down each flap (one to the front of the card and one to the back).

Make sure to push down those creases firmly using the Bone Folder.

Glue or use double sided tape to hold the flaps in place.

Create some inserts for the card. You can make tags, mini cards, or insert a gift card!

I’m using the Seaside Silhouettes to create a mini insert. As always, I am using the Color Hive ReMARKable Black Ink to stamp all my images.

I’m using the palm frond to create a patterned background for my tag insert.

I am also making a little circle palm fond and using double sided foam tape to adhere it to the front of my pocket.

Embellish, embellish, embellish! Adding washi tape and baker’s twine or ribbon makes the pocket card look complete!

For my back side, I’m creating another little card insert with the Good Vibes Stamp Set.

Here are some larger photos of the finished pocket card!

Thank you so much for stopping by the Maker Forte blog today! I hope you enjoyed this post and video! Xx, Amanda
