Hi there,
It’s Kaja from Kajcyika crafts and today I have prepared a simple cards on which I will show you how easy it is to use an image from the paper pack as a focal image!

Take a look at the card:

At the first glance this looks like a beautiful floral stamp set but if you look closely you can see that this is actually a paper from Rosey Days Patterned Paper Pack!

I looked through my beautiful pack of papers and I noticed this gorgeous flower. Instead of cutting it in half, I decided to fussy cut it and use it as my focal image. For it I used normal scissors and cut around the image leaving a small edge, so the image looks like it was actually die cut.

Once I had the image cut out, I took a piece of pink paper that corresponds nicely with the ink splatched that are made all over the flower. I the cut a rectangle out of it which is a bit smaller than the card base, so the there will be a white edge remaing.

Next, I added a sentiment from Live life in full bloom stamp set that reads: ‘you are capable of amazing things’. I used white paper and pink ink that goes nicely with the rest of the card.

The card was ready in no time and I can’t wait to send it over to a friend and make her day.

Let me know in the comments if you ever thought of using an image from the paper pack as a focal image and how it turned out!

Thank you so much for joining me!

Kaja
